Description

The Cube Editor ONE FE in its trapeze (low-step) frame is a no-nonsense single speed city bike built for daily use. The low standover makes getting on and off effortless, the Superlite double-butted aluminium frame strikes a solid balance between stiffness and weight, and the full carbon C:62 fork smooths out road buzz.

The standout feature is the Gates Sidetrack belt drive (50T chainring, 22T sprocket, 122T belt): unlike a traditional chain, it needs no lubrication, produces no grease marks on your trousers and lasts significantly longer with minimal upkeep. With a single gear there is no derailleur or cassette to adjust — a setup that suits flat and rolling terrain perfectly, but that will show its limits on steep climbs.

Safety is covered by Shimano BR-MT200/UR300 hydraulic disc brakes (160 mm front, 180 mm rear) — consistent and powerful regardless of rain or mud. The Schwalbe Motion Road Cruiser Plus 55 mm tyres provide a cushioned ride and solid puncture resistance on imperfect urban surfaces. The ACID Pro-D 70 hub-dynamo front light activates as soon as you start pedalling, with no batteries required.

Full-length mudguards, a semi-integrated ACID SIC 2.1 RILink rack, a kickstand and fully integrated cable routing complete a bike that's genuinely ready to ride the moment it leaves the shop. Available in three sizes (XS, S, M).
