The Cube Editor SLX in its trapeze (low-step) frame is a city bike built for riders who want reliability and low maintenance, day in, day out. The Superlite double-butted aluminium frame — thicker where it matters, lighter where it can be — keeps the ride stiff and responsive while making it easy to step through, and the full carbon Cube TK Disc fork quietly filters out the rough patches of urban roads.

The standout feature is the chainless drivetrain: a Gates Carbon belt paired with the Shimano Alfine SG-S7001 11-speed hub means no grease, no derailleur adjustments, and no skipped gears. You can even change gear while stationary — a genuine advantage at traffic lights.

Stopping is handled by Shimano BL-RS600/405 hydraulic disc brakes (160 mm front, 180 mm rear), offering progressive, powerful braking regardless of the weather. ACID EX25 Tubeless Ready rims paired with Schwalbe Motion Big Apple 55 mm tyres add comfort and improved puncture resistance for everyday urban use.

Details matter too: all cables are routed internally through Cube's ICR (Integrated Cable Routing) system, giving the bike a clean silhouette and protecting the cables from wear. Available in greengranit'n'green in three sizes (46, 50 and 54 cm), weighing 12.2 kg.
