Cube Longtail Hybrid 800

The Cube Longtail Hybrid 800 is a purpose-built electric cargo bike for families and daily riders who need serious carrying capacity without sacrificing safety or comfort. Its aluminium frame in a single adaptive size supports a total system weight of 200 kg, covering rider, passengers and cargo.

Power comes from the Bosch Cargo Line motor, delivering up to 120 Nm of torque — enough to pull away on steep inclines with two kids and a full load of groceries. The Bosch PowerPack 800 Wh battery keeps range anxiety at bay across a full week of typical urban commutes between charges. Riding data is clearly displayed on the Bosch Kiox 500 screen.

The integrated rear rack handles 60 kg and mounts two standard panniers per side. A robust double kickstand with handlebar lock keeps the bike upright and stable when loading or unloading. Stopping power is provided by Magura Gustav PRO four-piston hydraulic disc brakes with 203 mm rotors at both ends — a specification normally found on cargo-focused downhill machines, here applied where it matters most: a heavy bike in everyday traffic.

The Shimano Cues 11-speed drivetrain gives a wide gear range for varied terrain. Integrated front and rear lighting, wide Schwalbe 2.6-inch tyres, and a lockable downtube storage compartment round out a specification built for real-world daily use.
