Description

The Cube Reaction Hybrid Race 800 is a hardtail electric mountain bike built for riders who want to tackle forest paths, gravel tracks and demanding trails without compromise. The Bosch Performance CX Gen 5 motor produces up to 120 Nm of torque — enough to take on steep climbs and rough surfaces with a natural, powerful feel, fully integrated into the Bosch Smart System.

The Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery is neatly tucked inside the Superlite aluminium frame, keeping the bike's silhouette clean while providing range for long days out. Ride data and assist levels are managed through the Bosch Purion 200 display, mounted unobtrusively on the handlebar.

Up front, the Fox 34 Float AWL fork with 120 mm of travel and a 2-position RAIL Damper lets you switch between an open, supple mode for rough sections and a firmer setting for flat or climbing terrain. The 29-inch wheels (27.5" on smaller frame sizes) are built on ACID SLX 30 Tubeless Ready rims, rolling confidently over obstacles while keeping punctures in check, with Schwalbe Smart Sam 2.6" tyres for grip on loose and dry ground alike.

Shifting is handled by the Shimano XT 12-speed groupset — RD-M8200-SGS ShadowPlus rear derailleur paired with the SL-M8210-IR trigger shifter and a Deore 10-51T cassette — for clean, quiet gear changes under load. The Shimano XT BR-M8120 hydraulic disc brakes with 203 mm rotors front and rear provide consistent, powerful braking in wet or dry conditions. The diamond frame is available in sizes S through XXL and includes mounting points for a kickstand, mudguards and a rack.
