Description

The Giant Anthem Advanced SL SE is a cross-country full-suspension race bike built around one core idea: let the bike handle the suspension so you can focus on going fast. The front and rear triangles are both crafted from Advanced SL-grade carbon (Continuous Fiber Technology), resulting in a frame weight of just 1,530 g (size M), with 120 mm of travel at each end through Giant's FlexPoint Pro single-pivot linkage system.

The Flight Attendant electronic suspension system links the RockShox SID XC fork and RockShox SIDLuxe Ultimate rear shock via AXS wireless technology. The system reads your inputs and terrain in real time, automatically switching between Open, Pedal and Lock modes — whether you're sprinting on flat ground, climbing or descending. It removes a significant mental load during a race or a demanding ride.

Drivetrain duties are handled by SRAM XX SL Eagle Transmission, with a Quarq power meter integrated directly into the crank — giving you accurate watt data for training or racing without adding a separate sensor. The 10-52t cassette keeps the ratio range wide enough for any gradient. Giant XCR Carbon wheels with 30 mm hookless rims and carbon spokes roll on Maxxis Aspen 29 x 2.4 tubeless ready tyres.

The one-piece Contact SLR XC Integrated carbon cockpit (780 mm wide) routes all cables internally and delivers precise steering feedback. A flip chip allows geometry adjustment between High and Low positions — in Low, the head angle sits at 66.5° for added confidence on technical descents. Available in S, M, L and XL.
