The Giant Defy Advanced 1 is an endurance road bike built for long days in the saddle and varied terrain. Its Advanced-Grade composite frame dampens road buzz without sacrificing the responsiveness needed when the pace picks up — a genuine balance between comfort and efficiency.

Shifting is handled by a Shimano GRX RX-810 drivetrain paired with a Shimano Ultegra 11x34 cassette and Shimano Ultegra levers, delivering a wide gear range and crisp, reliable shifts. Shimano Ultegra hydraulic disc brakes with Giant MPH rotors (160 mm front, 140 mm rear) provide consistent, modulated stopping power in all weather conditions.

The Pepi's Tire Noodle ASPHALT inserts are designed for road cyclists and triathletes running tubeless tyres who want a safety net when a puncture strikes mid-ride. Placed inside the tyre between the rim and the tubeless casing, the insert acts as a support cushion: if tyre pressure drops suddenly, it holds the tyre in shape and lets you keep rolling at a moderate pace until you can stop safely. The dynamic foam structure gently adjusts to the air pressure inside the tyre without ever absorbing the liquid sealant. Your sealant stays fully active, ready to seal small perforations on the fly. This size M kit for 700c wheels is compatible with rims whose inner channel measures 17 to 23 mm — a range that covers the vast majority of modern road wheels. At just 32 grams per insert, the weight penalty is minimal for the level of security gained. The kit also includes two Lufty2 60 mm tubeless valves, a length suited to medium- to deep-section rims.
