Description
The Giant Revolt Advanced SL 0 is Giant's flagship gravel race bike for 2026-2027, designed for riders who want to compete at the front of a gravel event without sacrificing versatility on mixed-terrain rides. It achieves this through an Advanced SL composite frame built in-house by Giant using continuous-fibre layup and CNT (carbon nanotube) resin, the same technology found in their WorldTour road bikes.
The SRAM RED XPLR AXS 1x13 drivetrain is fully wireless: derailleurs and shifters communicate via radio, eliminating cables and mechanical friction entirely. The crankset includes an integrated power meter, so you get structured training data without bolting on a separate unit. Hydraulic braking via SRAM RED AXS with 160 mm rotors front and rear provides consistent, progressive stopping power in wet or muddy conditions.
CADEX Max GXR wheels (50 mm depth, 1,280 g per pair) feature a one-piece hub-and-spoke carbon construction with flat aero spokes and titanium hidden nipples. Paired with CADEX GXR 700x45c tubeless tyres, they offer lower rolling resistance and natural compliance over rough gravel. The frame and fork accept up to 53 mm tyre clearance, leaving room to go wider for endurance-focused setups.
The one-piece Contact SLR XR Integrated cockpit (295 g) and the D-Fuse composite D-section seatpost both flex vertically to reduce fatigue on long days in the saddle, while remaining laterally stiff where it matters for sprinting and cornering. Internal cable routing is compatible with both SRAM AXS and Shimano Di2, making future drivetrain upgrades straightforward.
