Description
The Giant Trance Advanced Pro 29 1 is a full-suspension trail mountain bike built for riders who want high-end performance across a wide range of terrain. Both the main frame and the rear triangle are made from Advanced-Grade Composite carbon using Giant's Modified Monocoque Construction, delivering a precise, responsive feel while taking the edge off trail chatter.
The standout feature is the Fox Live Valve 1.5 Performance Elite suspension system — 130 mm travel up front and 120 mm at the rear via Giant's Maestro twin-link platform. Live Valve uses sensors and a Bluetooth-connected controller to automatically firm up the suspension when you're pedalling efficiently and open it back up the moment you hit rough ground. The result is a bike that climbs well and descends confidently without you ever touching a lockout lever.
The drivetrain is built around a full Shimano Deore XT groupset: RD-M8100 12-speed rear derailleur, M8100 10-51t cassette and BR-M8120 four-piston hydraulic brakes with 180 mm rotors front and rear for reliable, powerful stopping. Rolling stock comes from Giant's own TRX 2 Carbon wheelset — 30 mm internal width carbon rims — wrapped in Maxxis 29x2.5 WT tyres: Minion DHF at the front, Aggressor at the rear, both tubeless ready.
A handy storage compartment built into the downtube ships with a water-resistant bag included. Geometry is adjustable via a flip chip in the rocker link, offering a Low setting (65.5° head angle) or a steeper High position. The bike is available in S, M, L and XL, each size matched with a TranzX dropper post sized accordingly.
