Description

The Giant Trance X Advanced E+ Elite 1 is a performance e-MTB built for demanding trail riding and technical descents. Its Advanced-grade composite frame features a monocoque front triangle and an Advanced Forged Composite upper link, keeping the measured weight to 19.98 kg (size L, no pedals) while delivering the stiffness needed for aggressive riding. The four-pivot Maestro suspension system provides 140 mm of precisely tuned rear travel, matched by a Fox 36 Factory E-Tuned fork with Grip2 VVC damper delivering 150 mm up front.

The Mullet configuration — 29" wheel at the front for rollover ability and a 27.5" wheel at the rear for quicker handling — has become the go-to setup for versatile trail riding. The Giant SyncDrive Pro2 Mg motor, co-developed with Yamaha, produces 85 Nm of torque and peaks at 500 W. Its PedalPlus 6-sensor system reads your pedal stroke in real time, delivering assistance that feels seamless and proportional. The 400 Wh EnergyPak battery (co-developed with Panasonic) can be paired with the EnergyPak Plus 200 Wh range extender, boosting total capacity to 600 Wh for extended backcountry sessions.

Shifting is handled by the SRAM GX Eagle AXS 12-speed wireless drivetrain. The AXS Rocker Paddle sends electronic shift commands without a single cable — fewer moving parts, less maintenance, and reliable performance in any conditions. Stopping power comes from SRAM Code R 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes with 220 mm front and 200 mm rear rotors, offering progressive and fade-resistant braking on long descents. The integrated one-piece carbon cockpit (Giant Contact SLR Trail Integrated Advanced Composite) reduces vibration transmission and cleans up the front end.

A rear link flip chip lets you fine-tune head angle, seat tube angle and bottom bracket height to match your riding style or terrain. Giant E-TRX Carbon wheels wrapped in Maxxis DHF 29×2.5" (front) and Maxxis Dissector 27.5×2.4" (rear) Maxx Terra tires round out a trail-ready package straight out of the box.
