Description
The Liv Intrigue Advanced 29 2 is a trail-focused full-suspension mountain bike designed specifically for women who want to tackle more demanding terrain without hauling unnecessary weight. The Advanced-grade carbon composite frame houses Liv's Maestro Suspension system, delivering 125 mm of rear travel that moves independently of braking and pedalling forces — so the bike stays active and responsive when you need it most.
Up front, the Marzocchi Bomber Z2 fork provides 140 mm of adjustable travel via its Rail damper, while the Fox Float Performance 185x50 rear shock has been custom-tuned by Liv to suit a female rider's weight and riding style. The Maestro flip chip lets you adjust head angle, seat tube angle and bottom bracket height in seconds, giving you a genuine setup choice between a more aggressive or more composed ride position.
The SRAM SX Eagle 1x12 drivetrain keeps things simple: one chainring, one shifter, and a wide-range 11-50 cassette that covers everything from punchy singletrack climbs to long fireroad descents. Shimano BR-MT420 hydraulic brakes with 180 mm rotors on both ends deliver reliable, modulated stopping power. The 29-inch wheels roll over trail obstacles with ease, and the tubeless-ready Maxxis tyre combo — Minion DHF at the front for grip, Dissector at the rear for speed — covers most trail conditions confidently.
Finishing touches include the Liv Sylvia saddle, a wide-rise Giant Contact TR35 alloy bar and a TranzX dropper post with remote lever so you never have to stop to adjust your saddle height mid-ride. Available in Terracotta in sizes S, M and L.
