Liv Pique 29 2

The Liv Pique 29 2 is a women's specific full-suspension mountain bike built around a ALUXX SL aluminium frame with Maestro rear suspension (100 mm). Maestro's four-bar linkage design keeps the rear wheel tracking the ground independently of pedalling forces, so power transfer stays efficient even when the trail gets rough.

The RockShox Recon RL Silver fork (100 mm, Boost 15x110 thru-axle) has been custom-tuned by Liv to match the rear suspension's feel and suit a wider range of rider weights. 29-inch wheels roll over roots, rocks and ruts more easily than smaller formats — in practice, that means fewer interruptions to your momentum and more confidence at speed.

Shifting is handled by a Shimano Deore 1x12 groupset with a 10–51T cassette. A single chainring removes the front derailleur entirely, reducing mechanical complexity and keeping your focus on the trail. Shimano MT410 hydraulic brakes provide progressive, fatigue-free stopping power, while the Giant Contact Switch dropper post — standard on this model — gives you instant saddle height adjustment without stopping or reaching under the seat.

The Giant XCT 29 tubeless-ready rims (25 mm inner width) come paired with Maxxis Recon Race EXO tubeless tyres front and rear, compatible with a tubeless setup to reduce puncture risk and allow lower tyre pressures for better grip. The Pique 29 2 is available in sizes XS through L, with crank length and dropper post travel adjusted per size to suit different rider heights.
