<p>The <strong>Merida BIG.NINE TR 8000</strong> is a 29" trail hardtail built for riders who push hard both on the climbs and on technical descents. The <strong>CF3 Nano Matrix carbon frame</strong> with Flex-Stay rear triangle takes the edge off rough terrain while keeping the stiff, responsive pedalling platform that makes hardtails fast.</p><p>Shifting is handled by the <strong>SRAM GX Eagle Transmission AXS T-Type 12-speed wireless groupset</strong>, paired with a 10-52t cassette for a wide range that handles steep climbs and fast flat sections alike. No gear cables means less maintenance and better reliability in wet or muddy conditions.</p><p>The <strong>Fox 34 Float SC Performance Elite</strong> fork provides 120 mm of travel with a 2-position remote lockout — flip it closed on the fireroad, open it back up before the singletrack. <strong>Reynolds TR Carbon</strong> tubeless-ready wheels and <strong>Maxxis Rekon / Rekon Race 29" x 2.4"</strong> 3C MaxxTerra tyres round out a spec sheet focused on real-world trail performance.</p><p>A carbon Merida Team CC II handlebar (760 mm wide), a SRAM AXS POD controller, and an ACROS ICR integrated headset with internal cable routing show the level of thought that has gone into this build. Available in sizes S through XL.</p>
