Moustache Bikes Clutch 160.8

The Moustache Clutch 160.8 is a full-suspension electric enduro mountain bike built around a clean, purposeful platform. The 6061 T4-T6 aluminium frame fully integrates the Moustache 780 Wh battery and Pinion MGU E1.12 motor with internal cable routing and a 12x148 mm Boost rear axle, keeping the bike's silhouette tidy and its centre of gravity low.

The drivetrain pairs the Pinion's 12-speed integrated gearbox with a Gates CDX Carbon Drive belt, shifted via the Pinion TE1 E-Trigger lever. This chainless, derailleur-free system eliminates the need for regular lubrication or cable adjustment — ideal for riders who want to ride more and wrench less. Suspension duties are handled by a RockShox ZEB Select fork (170 mm, Charger 3.1 damper, DebonAir+ spring) up front and a RockShox Vivid Select shock (160 mm) at the rear, both tuned by Moustache for the bike's specific weight and geometry.

The Mullet configuration — 29" front wheel for speed and obstacle clearance, 27.5" rear for tighter handling — runs on asymmetric Moustache rims (30 mm internal width, Tubeless Ready) fitted with Maxxis Assegai DoubleDown MaxxGrip tyres, a trusted choice for grip on loose or wet surfaces. Magura MT5 4-piston hydraulic brakes with 203 mm rotors round out a descending-oriented spec that inspires confidence when the trail gets steep.

Rider interface is handled by the FIT Master Node Display and FIT Remote Pure controller, keeping assistance management simple without looking down. The KS Rage-i dropper post adjusts on the fly, with up to 190 mm of travel on size XL. Available in S, M, L and XL, the Clutch 160.8 comes backed by a 5-year frame warranty and a 2-year warranty on the battery and electrical components.
