The Moustache Clutch 160.9 2027 is an all-mountain / enduro e-bike engineered for riders who want to push into technical terrain without worrying about drivetrain reliability. The 6061 T4-T6 aluminium frame is designed around the Pinion MGU motor-gearbox and the 780 Wh battery, both housed low and centrally in the frame. This layout lowers the centre of gravity noticeably, making the bike feel more planted in corners and on steep slopes.

The drivetrain concept is straightforward and practical: a 12-speed Pinion gearbox integrated into the motor (85–160 Nm of torque) paired with a Gates CDX Carbon belt drive replaces the conventional chain-and-derailleur setup. What this means in practice: no dropped chains, no derailleur adjustments, and gear changes that work even when stationary. Shifting is handled by the Pinion TE1 E-Trigger lever, which sits naturally at your fingertips on the handlebar.

Suspension is drawn from RockShox's flagship range. The ZEB Ultimate fork (170 mm travel, DebonAir+ spring, high/low-speed compression and rebound adjustment) manages front-end impacts, while the Vivid Ultimate rear shock (160 mm, Moustache-tuned) keeps the back wheel tracking over rough ground.
