Moustache Bikes Xroad 2 2027 - 600 Wh

The Moustache Xroad 2 2027 is an open-frame electric bike designed for riders who move between city streets, cycle paths and unpaved tracks without wanting to compromise. Its 6061 T4-T6 aluminium frame — built with hydroformed, triple-cavity tubes — houses the Bosch PowerTube 600 Wh battery internally, keeping weight centred and the silhouette clean.

Power comes from the Bosch Performance Line BDU34 motor (75 Nm), controlled via the Bosch Purion 200 handlebar remote. The high torque figure means hill starts feel natural and assistance stays smooth across changing terrain. The 600 Wh battery supports a manufacturer-stated range of up to 144 km per charge under ideal conditions.

Comfort is handled by a suspended aluminium seatpost (40 mm of travel) and an SR Suntour XCM32-ATB fork (100 mm, adjustable preload and lockout), together absorbing road buzz and trail chatter without the added complexity of full suspension. Schwalbe Smart Sam 27.5×2.35 reflective tyres provide reliable grip on loose surfaces while rolling efficiently on tarmac. Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors deliver consistent, modulated stopping in all weather.

The Xroad 2 ships ready to use: AXA NXT 30-lux headlight and LED rear light both powered by the main battery, double-wall tubular aluminium mudguards, Moustache MIK HD rear rack with removable QL3 side fittings, adjustable kickstand, bell and an ABUS 4650SL lock that shares a key with the battery. Available in four sizes (S to XL) for riders from 1.49 m to 2.05 m tall.
