The Moustache Samedi 27 Xroad 2 – 500 Wh is an electric bike built for versatility: gravel tracks, urban commutes, and country roads are equally at home under its wheels. The closed aluminium 6061 frame features hydroformed variable-thickness tubing and houses a Bosch PowerTube 500 Wh battery neatly integrated inside the downtube — protected, balanced, and out of sight. The Bosch Performance Line motor delivers smooth pedal assistance up to 25 km/h, making climbs and longer distances feel manageable whatever the surface.

The SR Suntour XCM32-ATB fork provides 80 mm of suspension travel with a lockout function: open it up on gravel for comfort, lock it out on pavement for efficiency. The suspended seatpost adds another 40 mm of travel beneath you, filtering vibrations before they reach your back — a real benefit on extended rides. Hutchinson Python 2 tyres in 27.5 × 2.10 deliver reliable grip on both loose and hard surfaces.

The 9-speed Shimano CUES drivetrain (11-36T cassette) provides a wide gear range to handle steep climbs and fast flats alike. Hydraulic disc brakes offer progressive, powerful stopping in wet or dry conditions.

The Xroad 2 ships fully equipped for daily use: AXA NXT 30-lux front light and Spanninga rear light both powered by the main battery, an AXA Block XXL horseshoe lock (sharing a key with the battery), a MIK HD rear rack with QL3 side mounts, double-walled aluminium mudguards, and an adjustable kickstand. Maximum load capacity is 135 kg (rider + bike + luggage). Assembled in Thaon-les-Vosges, France, and backed by a 5-year frame warranty and 2-year warranty on electrical components.
