The Tern Vektron P7i is a folding electric bike built for urban riders who combine cycling with public transport or need a compact solution for tight storage. Its hydroformed 6061 aluminium frame with OCL+ hinge folds in around 10 seconds to 41 × 86 × 68 cm — small enough for a train vestibule, a car boot, or a corner of your office.

Power comes from the Bosch Active Line Plus motor (50 Nm), a dependable mid-drive unit appreciated for its smooth, natural feel. Paired with the Bosch PowerPack 400 Wh battery, it delivers a range of 46 to 101 km depending on terrain and assistance level. The Bosch Purion 200 remote keeps things simple on the handlebar, while the eBike Flow app adds an electronic lock from your smartphone.

The Shimano Nexus 7-speed internal hub is a smart match for city riding: it requires minimal servicing, handles wet conditions well, and lets you shift gears even when standing still at a red light. Hydraulic Shimano brakes provide consistent stopping power in all weathers. The 20-inch wheels run on Schwalbe Big Apple 55-406 tyres, which offer a noticeably comfortable ride over cobblestones and rough urban surfaces thanks to their high-volume profile.

The Vektron P7i comes fully kitted: an integrated Atlas V cargo rack rated to 27 kg, SplashGuard mudguards, an Ursus kickstand, and a complete lighting set (Tern Valo Direct 190 lm front light, Herrmans H-Trace rear light). Maximum load is 125 kg, with a rider weight limit of 105 kg. Available in Dusky Blue & Grey, it suits riders between 147 and 195 cm.
