The Velo de Ville E-Foldy in glossy Night Blue is a compact, light and elegant folding e-bike designed for the city, multimodal journeys and anyone who wants a bike that's easy to fold, carry and store.
Assistance comes from the Mahle X30 motor, a compact, responsive unit built into the rear hub that delivers up to 45 Nm smoothly and naturally, ideal for everyday riding. The Mahle eX1 171 Wh battery integrates neatly, is easy to remove and can even act as a power bank for your phone; the Mahle EnergyHub charger is included. The Shimano Tourney 7-speed drivetrain keeps things simple, sturdy and effective in town.
Its compact format gives nothing away on comfort: the 16" wheels deliver remarkable manoeuvrability and a minimal footprint, while the wide-volume Schwalbe Big Apple tyres soak up bumps much like a suspension fork would. The Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes provide powerful, confident stopping, and the full equipment — mudguards, folding stem and pedals, Selle Royal Explora saddle — makes daily life easy. The VDV rear rack has integrated roller wheels so you can pull the folded bike along like wheeled luggage.
