Description
The Velo de Ville Foldy is a compact folding city bike built for people who move between public transport, the office and home without wanting to compromise on comfort or equipment. Its OneSwing folding system collapses the bike in a single gesture — no tools, no adjustment needed afterwards, because the chain tension is automatically maintained. Unfold it and ride away immediately.
Folded down to 110 × 61.5 × 45.5 cm, the Foldy rolls on its own thanks to integrated wheels on the rear rack, so you can pull it through a train station or office lobby like carry-on luggage. The Ergotec Fold stem folds flat, the two-piece telescopic seatpost drops down, and the pedals fold in — the whole bike becomes a compact, manageable package.
The spec sheet doesn't cut corners: Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes for consistent braking in rain or shine, Schwalbe Big Apple 16" × 2.15" tyres to smooth out urban road imperfections, full-coverage mudguards and an MIK-compatible rear rack to carry what you need. The aluminium frame, assembled in Germany, is rated up to 130 kg rider load.
Available in over 30 colours and recognised with the Design & Innovation Award 2025, the Foldy is as well-finished as it is practical — this listing features the Deep Black gloss finish.
