Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Cube Stereo Hybrid ONE22 Pro 800 FE is a full-suspension electric mountain bike built for riders who want to tackle singletrack without giving up everyday practicality. The Superlite aluminium frame houses the Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery inside the down tube, keeping the silhouette clean and the centre of gravity low for more confident handling.

The Bosch Performance Line CX motor (120 Nm) provides direct and natural-feeling assistance, whether you're pushing up a steep climb or covering long distances on mixed terrain. The Bosch Purion 200 display sits cleanly on the handlebar, giving you a clear read of your assist level and remaining range at a glance. A 120 mm SR Suntour XCR36X 2CR Air fork and an SR Suntour EdgeX R shock (185x52.5 mm) smooth out rough ground and absorb trail chatter, keeping you in control on descents.

Shimano BR-MT420 hydraulic disc brakes with 203 mm rotors at both ends deliver consistent, progressive stopping power regardless of conditions, and the Shimano Deore 12-speed drivetrain (10-51T cassette) covers a wide gear range. ACID SLX 30 wheels match wheel size to rider height: 27.5" in size S for quick handling, 29" in M, L and XL for efficient rolling and stability.

The FE (Fully Equipped) specification adds a rear rack, full-length mudguards, a side kickstand and front and rear lighting. It's the setup for riders who want to go from trail to city street without swapping bikes.

Its clear display shows essential information at a glance: assistance level, speed, remaining autonomy and battery status. No frills, no extras — just what you need to ride with confidence. Robust and weather-resistant, it faithfully accompanies every outing, whatever the weather.

Shimano Deore CS-M6100, 10-51T

The transmission that opens all horizons. The Shimano Deore CS-M6100 cassette in 10-51T is the versatile reference for cyclists who want to cover as much ground as possible without ever being caught off guard. With an exceptionally wide development range - from the small chainring for the steepest climbs to the large one for full-speed descents - it adapts to all terrain profiles and all levels of practice. Designed for Shimano Deore 12-speed transmissions, it combines lightness, shifting precision and proven durability. The profiled teeth and optimized shift ramps guarantee smooth and quiet gear changes, even under load – a quality usually found on much higher-end groupsets.

Shimano BR-MT420, Hydr. Disc Brake (203/203)

Braking power where it actually matters: on a heavy, loaded bike, heading downhill. The Shimano BR-MT420 is a four-piston hydraulic disc brake caliper, fitted here with 203 mm rotors front and rear — the largest size in Shimano's mountain bike range. Four pistons instead of two means a larger pad surface and better-distributed pressure: around 20% more power than the two-piston version, and above all power that doesn't fade after three corners. On an electric mountain bike weighing 25 kg before the rider even gets on, that is not a luxury. The aluminium alloy body sheds heat, and the mineral oil circuit keeps a consistent bite point in the rain, in mud, or after a long descent. The D03S resin pads supplied as standard deliver progressive, quiet braking; they can be swapped for metallic D02S pads for greater heat resistance and better wet-weather performance — both share the same shape. The post-mount fitting is standard, so servicing can be done by any bike shop and spare parts are available everywhere.
