Description
The Merida TIME WARP TRI LIMITED is a purpose-built triathlon and time trial bike for competitors who want race-ready performance without cutting corners on components. The TIME-WARP TRI CF5 IV premium carbon frame features fully integrated cable routing, a 142x12 mm thru-axle for rear-end stiffness, and clearance for tyres up to 30c — giving you flexibility to tailor the setup to course conditions.
Shifting is handled by a Shimano Ultegra Di2 2x12-speed drivetrain paired with Shimano ST-R9180 levers (borrowed from the Dura-Ace family) and an Ultegra 52-36T chainset. Crank arm length is size-specific — 165 mm for XS, 170 mm for S/M, and 172.5 mm for L — so pedalling mechanics are optimised for your body proportions rather than being a one-size-fits-all compromise. Braking is provided by Shimano Dura-Ace hydraulic disc callipers (160 mm front rotor, 140 mm rear) for confident, modulated stopping power.
The Vision SC 60 Disc Brake carbon wheels — 60 mm deep, 23 mm internal width, Centerlock, tubeless ready — are mounted with Continental Grand Prix 5000S TR 700x28C tyres in tubeless-ready configuration. The depth of the rim improves aerodynamic efficiency on fast courses while the 28c tyre width cushions vibration over longer distances. The all-carbon cockpit — Merida Metron TT handlebar and stem plus Merida Team TT II aero seatpost — ensures a consistent aerodynamic position from head to bottom bracket.
Available in Burgundy Red (Black) in sizes XS, S, M and L, the TIME WARP TRI LIMITED is ready to race with minimal setup required. Pedals are not included.
