The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The QiO EINS P-E is a compact electric city bike designed around real urban life. The step-through aluminium frame and 20-inch wheels make it easy to navigate tight streets, store in a hallway, or load onto public transport. The by,schulz foldable stem and folding pedals reduce its footprint further in seconds, without tools.

The Bosch Performance Line motor (Smart System BES3) delivers up to 75 Nm of torque, giving you a confident push on inclines or when pulling away at traffic lights. The removable, frame-mounted Bosch PowerPack 545 Wh battery also powers the Busch & Müller lighting system — no separate batteries, no extra wiring. Motor assistance cuts off automatically at 25 km/h in line with EU regulations.

The drivetrain sets this bike apart from standard urban e-bikes. The Gates belt drive paired with the Enviolo TR continuously variable hub means no chain to lube, no derailleur to adjust, and smooth gear changes even when stationary. With 545 Wh of capacity, it largely covers everyday needs and medium-distance outings. Positioned near the bike's center of gravity, it guarantees natural and balanced driving behavior, without weighing down the steering or unbalancing the mount. Fully compatible with the Bosch Smart System, it benefits from all the intelligence of the Bosch ecosystem for optimal energy management.

Bosch Led Remote

The Bosch LED Remote connects your eBike with the eBike Flow app. It allows you to easily view all important driving data and is intuitive to use; your hands remain on the handlebars, for greater safety. Change driving modes, use smart walk assist and control your display or the Ride screen on your smartphone. The LED Remote allows you, thanks to the intelligent system, to carry out updates for your VAE yourself.
