Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

The Riese & Müller Charger5 Vario HS is a Speed Pedelec designed for riders who need to cover meaningful distances quickly in urban or suburban environments. The Bosch Performance Line Speed motor assists your pedalling up to 45 km/h, putting you comfortably alongside city traffic without relying on a combustion engine.

The Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery sits horizontally inside the aluminium frame's down tube, keeping the centre of gravity low and the profile clean. Need more range? An optional Bosch PowerMore 250 Wh range extender can be fitted under the top tube. Ride data, navigation and assistance levels are managed through the Bosch Kiox 500 display.

The Enviolo Heavy Duty continuously variable hub paired with a Gates CDX belt drive replaces the conventional derailleur system entirely: no cables to adjust, no chain to lube, and gear changes remain smooth even when stationary. The SR Suntour Mobie 34 fork (100 mm of travel) and the By.Schulz G.2 ST suspension seatpost take the sting out of potholes and cobblestones. Magura MT4 hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable stopping power at the higher speeds this bike reaches.

The Charger5 Vario HS comes in slate grey (as well as magnesium and pine) across four frame sizes — 45, 49, 53 and 58 cm — to suit a wide range of riders. As a Speed Pedelec, it falls under specific road regulations: an approved helmet is mandatory and, depending on your country, insurance and registration may also be required.
