Description
The Tern Vektron P7i is an electric folding bike built around one idea: making city commuting genuinely convenient. The hydroformed 6061 aluminium frame with OCL+ hinge folds down to 41 × 86 × 68 cm in about ten seconds — compact enough for public transport, office storage or the boot of a small car.
Power comes from the Bosch Active Line Plus motor (50 Nm), a quiet and smooth unit well suited to urban riding. Paired with the Bosch PowerPack 400 Wh battery, you can expect between 46 and 101 km of range depending on your pace and assist level. The Bosch Purion 200 remote keeps controls simple and within reach, while the eBike Flow app adds electronic lock and personalised settings.
The Shimano Nexus 7-speed internal hub drivetrain means no exposed derailleur to get knocked around or clogged with road grime — a real advantage on a bike that's regularly folded and unfolded. Shimano hydraulic brakes provide reliable braking in all conditions, and the 20" Schwalbe Big Apple tyres add a degree of comfort on uneven city streets.
The Vektron P7i comes fully equipped as standard: an integrated Atlas V rear rack rated to 27 kg, SplashGuard mudguards, a Tern Valo Direct front light (190 lm) and a Herrmans H-Trace rear light. It accommodates riders from 147 to 195 cm tall, up to 105 kg, with a total load capacity of 125 kg.
