The Cube Acid 240 Disc FE is a 24-inch bike designed for growing riders who want to cycle independently, in all weather. The Lite 6061 aluminium frame strikes a practical balance between weight (12.3 kg) and durability — sturdy enough for daily use, light enough for younger riders to handle confidently.

The Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic disc brakes (160/160 mm) deliver consistent stopping power regardless of conditions. Unlike rim brakes, they perform just as well on wet roads — a genuine safety advantage for kids riding to school or on varied terrain. Gear changes are handled by a 1x8 Shimano drivetrain with Rapidfire-Plus shifters: a single lever controls all eight gears, keeping things intuitive for young riders, and the ACID 32T crankset comes with a chainguard.

The SR Suntour SF20 XCT JR suspension fork (50 mm of travel) smooths out rougher surfaces — cracked pavements, gravel paths — so the ride feels less tiring. The wide 11-34 cassette range means even gentle climbs stay manageable without excessive effort.
