The Cube Acid 260 Disc is a 26-inch mountain bike built for young riders between 124 and 141 cm (inseam 57–66 cm) who are ready to take on real off-road terrain. Its double-butted Aluminium Lite AMF frame with internal cable routing is both stiff and light (13.8 kg), giving confident handling without unnecessary weight.
The standout feature at this price point is the Shimano BR-MT200/UR300 hydraulic disc brake system (160/160 mm): unlike mechanical disc brakes, hydraulic brakes self-adjust and require less hand strength to activate — making them safer and more comfortable for younger riders on descents or in wet conditions. The 16-speed groupset — a Shimano FC-M315 double chainring (36×22T) paired with a CS-HG200 12-32T cassette and Rapidfire-Plus shifters — covers everything from steep climbs to fast flat sections.
The SR Suntour XCE fork with 80 mm of travel takes the edge off rough ground and protects wrists on stony tracks.
