Description

The Cube Kathmandu Hybrid Pro 800 in its trapeze frame is an e-trekking bike built for riders who ride every day and load the bike without a second thought. The Superlite aluminium frame's lowered top tube makes mounting and dismounting easy — at a red light or with panniers on — without giving up the stiffness of a proper touring frame.

The Bosch Performance Line CX motor (120 Nm of torque) delivers confident assistance up to 25 km/h, even on climbs with a full load. The Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery is fully integrated into the down tube, keeping the silhouette clean and the centre of gravity low. The Bosch Kiox 500 colour display, paired with the eBike Flow app, shows navigation and ride data right on the handlebars, with the LED Remote thumb controller within easy reach.

A RockShox Recon Silver RL Air fork (100 mm of travel, bar-mounted lockout) and Schwalbe Marathon Efficiency 55-622 tyres — low rolling resistance with proven puncture protection — absorb cobbles and gravel without wearing you down. The Shimano XT RD-M8200 12-speed drivetrain paired with a Deore 10-51T cassette covers a very wide gear range, while Shimano BR-MT420 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes (180/180 mm rotors) give consistent stopping power loaded or empty.

It arrives ready to ride: an Integrated Carrier 3.0 rack built into the frame with RILink compatibility, ACID mudguards, front and rear lights powered by the bike's battery, kickstand, trekking pedals and a built-in frame lock. Available in four sizes, from XS (46 cm) to L (58 cm).

The Bosch Kiox 500 is the advanced version of the Kiox range — a larger, brighter and more comprehensive connected display, designed for cyclists who want to access all of their riding data without taking out their smartphone. Its enlarged display offers optimal readability in all conditions, whether in the middle of the forest or in full urban sunshine. Permanently connected to the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth, it centralizes navigation, performance data and customization of modes in one place. A clear interface, careful ergonomics and exemplary responsiveness - the Kiox 500 is the reference screen for long and demanding outings.

Shimano XT RD-M8200-SGS, 12-Speed

The new-generation XT, built to take a hit. The Shimano Deore XT RD-M8200-SGS is the mechanical 12-speed rear derailleur of the redesigned XT groupset: the same shifting precision Shimano puts in its top tier, in an architecture designed from the outset for impacts, mud and the torque of an electric motor. Its headline change is Shadow ES — a slimmer, stronger evolution of the Shadow system, with a wider link structure that keeps the chain settled over rough ground. The body uses a wedge-shaped profile designed to move out of the way and absorb the blow when the derailleur catches a root or a rock, instead of bending. The pulleys and cage are shielded to stop trail debris from jamming the rotation — a detail that matters once winter riding starts. In SGS (long cage) form it takes 12-speed Hyperglide+ cassettes up to 51 teeth, for a 510% gear range: enough to climb a steep ramp fully loaded and still accelerate on the flat without gaps in the progression. It is explicitly approved for e-bikes and pedelecs with assistance up to 25 km/h, which many mountain bike derailleurs are not.
