Description

The Cube Touring Hybrid Comfort SLX 800 is an electric trekking bike built for riders who want to cover real distances — through town and along gravel paths — without compromising on comfort or spending time on maintenance. The step-through aluminium frame (type H geometry) makes mounting and dismounting easy in everyday clothing or with a loaded pannier.

The Bosch Performance Line PX motor produces up to 90 Nm of torque, enough to tackle urban climbs and off-road inclines without feeling the weight of the bike. The Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh battery sits inside the downtube, keeping the weight low and centred while protecting the cells from knocks. At 800 Wh, a single charge can cover several days of typical commuting depending on the assistance level used.

The Gates belt drive paired with the Shimano Nexus 5-speed hub is a standout feature: no chain to oil, no derailleur to tune, no grease on your trousers. Gear shifts are smooth whether you're moving or stationary. The SR Suntour air-suspension fork (100 mm travel) takes care of cobblestones, roots and kerb drops, while 180 mm hydraulic disc brakes deliver consistent, progressive stopping power in all weather.

The bike ships complete with a semi-integrated rear rack, system-integrated lighting, full mudguards and a kickstand — accessories that are often sold separately elsewhere. With a maximum system load of 140 kg (rider plus luggage), it suits loaded commuters and self-supported tourers alike.

Bosch PowerTube 800 Wh

With 800 Wh of capacity, it pushes the limits of every outing — whether it's a long commute, a weekend getaway or a multi-day wilderness adventure. Integrated directly into the frame tube, the PowerTube disappears into the silhouette of the bike for a clean aesthetic and optimal protection against shocks and bad weather. SR Suntour NX1-32 LO Air, Tapered, 15x110mm, 100mm

Accessible suspension that doesn't compromise on comfort. The SR Suntour NX1-32 LO Air fork is a solid entry into the world of air spring forks, designed for trekking bikes, VTCs and urban bikes that regularly venture off-road. With 100 mm of travel, it effectively absorbs everyday irregularities – cobblestones, dirt roads, roots – for significantly greater driving comfort than a rigid fork. The air spring allows simple adjustment of the preload according to the rider's weight, for a response always adapted to the body shape and riding style. The LO (Lockout) system allows you to lock the fork with a single press to maximize pedaling efficiency on smooth roads. The Tapered pivot and the 15x110mm thru axle provide rigidity and steering precision well above what is expected at this level of the range.
