The Giant Anthem Advanced Pro 29 1 is a full-suspension cross-country mountain bike built for riders who want to push hard on everything from flowing singletrack to punchy climbs. The Advanced-Grade Composite carbon frame — used for both the front triangle and the rear stays — delivers a stiff, lightweight platform that converts every pedal stroke directly into forward motion.

The standout feature is the Fox Live Valve electronic suspension system. Sensors monitor forces on the fork and rear shock many times per second, automatically firming up the suspension during climbs and pedalling efforts, then opening up the moment the trail gets rough. You get 110 mm of travel up front via the Fox 34 Float SC fork and 100 mm at the rear through Giant's FlexPoint Pro linkage — without ever touching a lever.

The wheel package is race-ready: Giant XCR 1 30 carbon rims (30 mm inner width) laced to DT350 rear hubs with Sapim Laser spokes, and wrapped in Maxxis Recon Race 29x2.4 tubeless-ready tyres. Running tubeless means lower tyre pressure for better traction and fewer flats on the trail. Shimano Deore XT BR-M8100 hydraulic brakes with a 180 mm front rotor provide confident, modulated stopping power when the descents get steep.
