The Giant Defy Advanced 0 is a carbon endurance road bike built for riders who want to cover serious mileage without giving up comfort or ride quality. The Advanced-Grade Composite frame pairs with a full-composite fork featuring an OverDrive steerer and 12x100 mm thru-axle — a setup that delivers precise steering while taking the edge off road vibration over long days in the saddle.
At the heart of the drivetrain sits the Shimano 105 Di2 12-speed electronic groupset. Electronic shifting means your gear changes are immediate and require only a light touch on the lever, even mid-climb. The 11-36 cassette provides a wide enough range to handle hilly routes comfortably. Stopping power comes from Shimano 105 hydraulic disc brakes with Shimano RT-CL700 rotors measuring 160 mm at both ends — reliable and modular in wet or dry conditions.
The Giant SLR 2 40 Carbon Disc wheelset is fitted with Giant Gavia Fondo 0 tyres in 700x32c tubeless configuration. Running tubeless lets you lower tyre pressure for extra comfort and reduces the risk of pinch flats on rougher surfaces. The frame accepts tyres up to 40 mm wide, so you have flexibility to adapt your setup to different road conditions.
Available in Supernova Grey across five sizes — S, M, ML, L and XL — the Defy Advanced 0 is a complete, well-specified endurance bike for riders who want quality components throughout without compromise.
