The Giant Revolt 0 is a gravel bike built for riders who regularly move between tarmac, gravel paths and light off-road tracks. The AluxX aluminium frame (6061 alloy, single-butted tubing) keeps the build stiff and responsive, while the full-carbon Advanced-Grade Composite fork handles vibration damping more effectively than aluminium alone — a meaningful difference on rougher surfaces over longer distances.
One of the Revolt 0's most practical features is the rear flip-chip dropout. By flipping a single chip, you switch between a shorter wheelbase (tyre clearance up to 45 mm) for a nimbler, more road-oriented feel, and a longer wheelbase (up to 53 mm clearance) for extra comfort and stability on loose or uneven terrain. The pre-fitted Giant CrossCut Grip 1 tyres in 700×40C are Tubeless Ready and include X-Shield puncture protection, working straight away in either configuration.
The drivetrain is anchored by a Shimano GRX 2×12-speed groupset. The RD-RX820 rear derailleur, FC-RX610 crankset (46T chainring) and ST-RX610 hydraulic shifters combine wide range gearing with reliable, precise actuation — useful both on extended climbs and fast road sections. Shimano GRX BR-RX410 hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm rotors front and rear deliver consistent braking power regardless of conditions. A KMC X-12 chain rounds out the reliable, well-matched drivetrain.
Comfort over distance is further supported by the Giant Contact XR D-Fuse handlebar and Giant D-Fuse seatpost, both designed with a degree of vertical compliance to take the edge off rough surfaces. The Giant S-X2 Disc 700c wheels are Tubeless Ready and built to handle mixed use. Available in Stealth Chrome, in sizes S through XL.
