Description
The Giant Revolt Advanced Pro 1 is a performance gravel bike for riders who want capability across a wide range of terrain without sacrificing feel or finesse. The Advanced-grade composite (MMC) carbon frame is engineered to be stiff where it matters — in the bottom bracket and head tube — while providing a measured degree of comfort over rough roads and gravel tracks.
Shifting duties are handled by the SRAM Rival AXS E1 wireless 12-speed groupset. With no derailleurs cables to stretch or fray, the system stays consistent across seasons. The 10-36t cassette covers enough range for loaded adventures or steep climbs, and the hydraulic disc brakes deliver reliable, progressive braking that holds up in rain and mud just as well as sunshine.
The adjustable flip-chip dropout is one of the Revolt's most practical features: switch between two positions to increase tyre clearance up to 53mm for chunky gravel, or tighten the geometry for a more responsive feel on faster surfaces. Fully internally routed cables keep the frame clean, and the discreet storage compartment in the top tube is a thoughtful touch for stashing a spare tube or energy gel.
Giant CXR 2 wheels (35mm rim depth, tubeless ready, DT350 36-point ratchet hubs) provide a reliable and responsive rolling base. The Contact SLR XR D-Fuse carbon handlebar and D-Fuse SLR composite seatpost both contribute to a smoother ride feel by damping road buzz before it reaches your hands and sit bones. Available in S through XL, with componentry scaled per size for consistent fit and geometry.
