The Steco Baby Mee is a foldable mounting adapter that lets you attach an infant car seat (baby shell) directly to the rear rack of your bike. It is compatible with virtually all infant seats available today — including Maxi-Cosi models — and supports shells weighing up to 10 kg. It fits any rear rack certified to the DIN/ISO 25 kg standard, which covers the vast majority of bikes on the market, including those with 26" and 28" wheels.
Safety is handled by a two-point fixing system: a clamp that grips the rack and a safety strap that anchors to the bike frame. Together, they keep the seat stable even on uneven surfaces. The spring-based construction provides a gentle cushioning effect, softening road vibrations for your child from as early as 4 months of age.
When you ride without your child, the adapter folds away neatly and stays out of the way. It comes with all the hardware needed for installation. Cargo bike (bakfiets) users can also use the Baby Mee with a universal adapter fitted inside the cargo box.
