The Velo de Ville LOADY 900CX is an electric longtail cargo bike designed to genuinely replace a second car in daily urban life. Its single-size aluminium frame features a low step-through design that makes getting on and off easy, even with bags or kids on the back. At 190 cm long, it stays manageable in city traffic while the rear rack handles loads of up to 75 kg — passengers, shopping, or equipment.

The Bosch Performance Line CX Gen. 5 motor produces 100 Nm of torque. In practical terms, this means loaded starts and gentle inclines feel the same as riding unladen — the motor does the heavy lifting. The Bosch PowerPack 800 Wh battery provides enough range to cover a full working week of commutes without needing to charge every night.

The Gates CDX belt drive combined with the Enviolo Heavy Duty AUTOMATiQ continuously variable hub shifts automatically based on your pedalling rhythm and the gradient ahead. There is no manual gear change, no chain to oil, and no derailleur to align — just ride. Shimano MT420 4-piston hydraulic brakes at the front provide reliable, controlled braking at any load level.

The Bosch Purion 200 display keeps speed, assist level and range visible at a glance. The LOADY 900CX was awarded the Design & Innovation Award 2025, reflecting how well it balances real-world usability with thoughtfully chosen components.

The Steco Baby Mee is a foldable mounting adapter that lets you attach an infant car seat (baby shell) directly to the rear rack of your bike. It is compatible with virtually all infant seats available today — including Maxi-Cosi models — and supports shells weighing up to 10 kg.
