Description

The Riese & Müller Multitinker2 vario is an electric longtail cargo bike designed to handle the trips where a car would usually be the default: school runs, grocery hauls, bulky errands or urban deliveries. The one-size frame covers riders from 150 cm to 200 cm, making it a practical choice for mixed households or shared professional fleets.

Power comes from the Bosch Cargo Line motor, engineered specifically for cargo e-bikes rather than adapted from a standard drive unit. Paired with the Bosch PowerTube 625 Wh battery — which sits inside the frame tube to keep the centre of gravity low and the cells protected — it handles loaded climbs without drama. The Bosch Kiox 300 display keeps speed, assist level and remaining range clearly visible while riding.

The Enviolo Heavy Duty 380 continuously variable hub paired with the Gates Carbon Belt Drive replaces a conventional chain-and-cassette drivetrain with something considerably more durable and maintenance-light. There are no fixed gears: the ratio adjusts fluidly and can even be changed while stationary. Magura MT5 four-piston hydraulic brakes at the front and MT4 two-piston at the rear provide stopping power appropriate for the loaded weight of a cargo bike.

The Suntour Mobie 34 CGO Boost fork (80 mm travel) takes the edge off urban road surfaces, while the built-in suspension seatpost adds further comfort over longer rides. Supernova Mini 2 Pro lighting front and rear, and a sturdy bipod kickstand, round out a bike that is genuinely ready to use from the moment it leaves the shop.

Information, without compromise. The Bosch Kiox 300 is the connected screen that strikes the right balance between readability, compactness and functionality. Mounted on the handlebars, it displays all the essential data of your ride on a clear and readable backlit screen - even in direct sunlight - without cluttering the cockpit. Connected to the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth, it provides access to software updates, personalization of riding modes and detailed monitoring of your performance.
