Description
The Tern Link D7i is a 20" folding bike designed for everyday urban use. Its aluminium frame with OCL+ hinge stays rigid and confident when unfolded, while the fold itself takes around ten seconds, bringing the bike down to a compact 38 × 79 × 72 cm — small enough for a train vestibule, a car boot or under a desk.
The Shimano Nexus 7-speed internal hub keeps the drivetrain fully enclosed: no exposed derailleur to knock out of alignment, and you can change gear while stopped at a red light. The BioLogic chain case shields the chain from road grime, keeping maintenance to a minimum. Schwalbe Big Apple 50-406 tyres add a cushioning effect that smooths out cobblestones and rough urban surfaces.
Lighting is fully self-sufficient: the Panasonic dynamo hub powers both the Tern Valo 2 headlight (41 lux) and the rear LED as soon as you start pedalling. No batteries to replace, no cables to plug in. The bike ships with a Loader rack rated to 25 kg, mudguards and a centre stand — everything you need for a daily commute, out of the box.
The adjustable Andros stem and Tern Physis 3D handlepost let you dial in the riding position across a wide range of rider heights, from 142 to 190 cm. Available in Satin Peacock Green & Turquoise.
