  commutateur SW-E6010-L

  The Shimano SW-E6010-L is a left-hand switch designed for Shimano STEPS e-bike systems. Mounted on the left side of the handlebar, it puts full assistance control within easy thumb reach: two large buttons let you step assistance up or down, while a smaller central button toggles the cycle-computer display or switches between automatic and manual riding modes.

  The switch supports three assistance levels — High, Normal and Eco — and also allows the motor to be cut entirely, giving you precise control over how much help you get on any given ride. It connects via Shimano's E-Tube Project technology, and the required EW-SD50 cable is included in the box.

  Compatible with STEPS motor units E6000, E7000 and E8000, the SW-E6010-L also works alongside Di2 electronic shifting systems including Alfine Di2, Nexus STEPS Di2 and Deore XT Di2. Firmware can be updated through E-Tube Project software on a PC or via a compatible STEPS display, keeping the switch current as the platform evolves.

  This Hesling open-type chain guard is designed specifically for bikes fitted with the Bosch Generation 3 mid-drive motor. The 38-tooth, 18 cm diameter format is sized for the standard chainring configuration on 28-inch wheel bicycles – the most widespread size in urban and trekking cycling. A chain guard does two practical things: it shields the chain from road dirt and grime, and it prevents trouser legs, coat hems and bag straps from catching on the chain during everyday rides. A small addition that makes a noticeable difference on regular commutes. Made from black plastic, it sits neatly on the drivetrain without adding bulk. The open design also keeps the chain accessible for routine cleaning and maintenance.
