The Shimano B05S-RX are organic resin disc brake pads designed for Shimano 2-piston hydraulic brake calipers. The Wide pad shape provides an optimised contact surface with the rotor, delivering smooth and progressive braking feel — well-suited to commuting and riding in dry to moderately wet conditions.
Compared to the B03S they replace, the B05S-RX offer improved wear resistance, meaning you get more kilometres before your next pad change. The stainless steel backing plate adds long-term structural integrity and corrosion resistance.
Each pack includes 1 pair of pads, a return spring, and 3 types of retaining pins — everything needed for a straightforward swap with no extra parts required. These pads are compatible with a broad range of Shimano calipers including the BR-MT200, BR-MT400, BR-MT500, BR-M315, BR-M395, BR-M445, BR-M575 series and many more.
