Why is there an insurance file?

The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Riese & Müller Multicharger3 Mixte Touring HS is a step-through speed pedelec designed for riders who need both speed and serious carrying capacity. The Bosch Performance Line Speed motor provides pedal assistance up to 45 km/h, making longer commutes genuinely fast. The integrated Bosch PowerTube 750 Wh battery delivers ample range for daily use, and an optional Bosch PowerMore 250 Wh range extender can be added when you need even more.

The Bosch Kiox 500 display keeps speed, assist level and remaining range at a glance. Gear changes are handled by a Shimano XT 11-speed Linkglide drivetrain — a system designed for durability and smooth shifting under load — paired with Shimano CUES SL-U6000 shifters and a KMC X11 chain. The SR Suntour Mobie34 suspension fork (80 mm travel) takes the edge off urban road surfaces.

The rear rack is rated to carry up to 65 kg and is approved for a child seat, while the front Cargo rack adds further loading versatility. Stopping all of this safely falls to the Magura MT4 hydraulic disc brakes, which deliver consistent, progressive power regardless of load. The Supernova M99 Mini Pro-45 front light is fitted as standard, so you never need to think about separate lighting.

Available in two step-through frame sizes — M (47 cm) and L (51 cm) — in a refined pearl white/black matt finish, the Multicharger3 suits demanding commuters and active families alike.

Bosch Gen 4 Performance line speed - 85 Nm

The 4th generation Bosch Performance Line Speed is the powerhouse of speed-pedelecs — those bikes that push the assistance limit to 45 km/h and transform every urban journey into an express connection. With 85 Nm of torque and 600 W of power, it delivers direct and sustained assistance up to speeds that few cyclists reach with leg strength alone. Compact and effectively cooled thanks to its magnesium casing, it maintains constant performance even on long journeys at high cadence. Its Limit mode allows you to limit assistance to 25 km/h on demand – to ride in a group, save battery or comply with restricted traffic zones – without changing bikes or motors.

Bosch PowerTube 750 Wh

For those who think big. The Bosch PowerTube 750 Wh is the battery for great adventurers - the one you choose when you don't want to worry about autonomy. With 750 Wh of capacity, it offers approximately 20% more autonomy compared to the PowerTube 625, allowing you to rack up kilometers and climbs without ever looking anxiously at the charge indicator. Integrated into the frame tube, it benefits from optimal protection against humidity, dirt and cold, while preserving the clean lines of the bike. Its intelligent battery management system continuously protects cells to ensure long-term durability and reliability.

Bosch Kiox 500

The screen for those who want to see everything. The Bosch Kiox 500 is the advanced version of the Kiox range — a larger, brighter and more comprehensive connected display, designed for cyclists who want to access all of their riding data without taking out their smartphone. Its enlarged display offers optimal readability in all conditions, whether in the middle of the forest or in full urban sunshine. Permanently connected to the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth, it centralizes navigation, performance data and customization of modes in one place. A clear interface, careful ergonomics and exemplary responsiveness - the Kiox 500 is the reference screen for long and demanding outings.
