Description
The Tern HSD P10e Gen 3 is a compact electric longtail cargo bike built for families and urban commuters who want to leave the car at home without giving up the ability to park like a bike. The 6061-aluminium frame carries EN17860 certification for a maximum system weight of 190 kg, supports riders up to 130 kg, and pairs with an Atlas H rear rack rated to 80 kg — enough for child seats or a substantial load of groceries and gear.
Power comes from the Bosch Performance Line BDU34 motor (75 Nm, 340 % assist), which makes loaded hill starts feel manageable rather than heroic. The Bosch PowerPack 545 Wh battery delivers an estimated 56 to 107 km of range depending on terrain and assist level, managed through the Bosch Purion 200 — with fine-tuning available via the eBike Flow app on your phone.
The TRP E.A.S.I. A10 wireless electronic drivetrain with Shimano CUES Linkglide 11-39T cassette keeps shifting smooth and maintenance low: no derailleur cables to stretch or replace. Magura hydraulic disc brakes (180 mm rotors) provide reliable stopping power in all weather. The Suntour custom for Tern suspension fork (32 mm stanchions, thru-axle) takes the edge off cobblestones and kerbs.
Integrated Tern Valo Direct lighting (190 lm front, Herrmans rear) and an AXA lock that shares a key with the battery mean this bike is genuinely ready to ride from day one. Available in Satin Black & Umber, one size fits riders between 150 and 200 cm tall.
