Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Tern HSD P10e Gen 3 is a compact electric cargo bike built for everyday life: school drop-offs, grocery runs, or commuting with a loaded rear rack. The Atlas H rack, certified to ISO 11243:2023, carries up to 80 kg, and the 6061-aluminium frame is rated for a total system weight of 190 kg (bike + rider + load).

The Bosch Performance Line motor delivers 75 Nm of torque with up to 340 % assistance — meaning hills feel manageable even with a passenger or heavy cargo on the back. The Bosch PowerPack 545 Wh battery provides 56 to 107 km of range depending on assist level, managed via the Bosch Purion 200 remote and the eBike Flow app on your phone.

The TRP E.A.S.I. A10 drivetrain shifts electronically and wirelessly across 10 speeds (Shimano CUES Linkglide 11-39T cassette), for precise gear changes even mid-climb. The custom Suntour fork with 32 mm stanchions smooths out urban road buzz, and Magura hydraulic disc brakes (180 mm rotors) bring you to a controlled stop regardless of load. The AXA lock shares a key with the battery — one less thing to carry.

This single-size model fits riders between 150 and 200 cm and comes in Satin Sangria & Umber. Built-in lighting (Tern Valo Direct 190 lm front, Herrmans rear) and an Ursus kickstand mean it's ready to ride straight out of the box.

Bosch Performance Line Gen 4 - 75 Nm

The accessible reference for electrical assistance without a false note. The 4th generation Bosch Performance Line with its 75 Nm of torque offers a smooth and balanced driving experience, designed for those who want to enjoy the electric bike on a daily basis without seeking performance at all costs. With 545 Wh of capacity, it largely covers everyday needs and medium-distance outings. Positioned near the bike's center of gravity, it guarantees natural and balanced driving behavior, without weighing down the steering or unbalancing the mount. Fully compatible with the Bosch Smart System, it benefits from all the intelligence of the Bosch ecosystem for optimal energy management.
