Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Tern HSD S9i Gen 3 is a compact electric cargo bike built to replace a car for everyday trips without the bulk of a full-size longtail. Its 6061 aluminium frame is EN17860-certified for a total load of 190 kg — in practice, that means kids, shopping and your gear on board without pushing the bike's limits.

The Bosch Performance Line PX motor puts out 90 Nm of torque with up to 600 % assistance, keeping hills manageable however heavy your load. The Bosch PowerPack 545 Wh battery delivers 56 to 103 km of range depending on terrain and pace, and everything is controlled via the Bosch Kiox 300 display, LED Remote and the eBike Flow app.

Drivetrain duties go to a Gates Carbon Drive CDX belt paired with a NINE 9-speed electronically-shifted hub (Bosch eShift): no shift cables to adjust, no chain to degrease. Magura MT4 hydraulic brakes with 180 mm rotors provide proportionate stopping power for a loaded bike. The Suntour custom for Tern suspension fork (34 mm stanchions, thru-axle) and Tern VLT seatpost with Cane Creek suspension take the edge off rough urban surfaces.

Integrated Herrmans lighting, an AXA lock keyed to match the battery, and the Bosch Connect Module with GPS and alarm round out a bike designed for fuss-free daily use. Available in Basalt & Silver.

Mounted directly on the frame tube, it can be removed in one move for charging at home or in the office — without having to move the bike. With 545 Wh of capacity, it largely covers everyday needs and medium-distance outings. Positioned near the bike's center of gravity, it guarantees natural and balanced driving behavior, without weighing down the steering or unbalancing the mount. Fully compatible with the Bosch Smart System, it benefits from all the intelligence of the Bosch ecosystem for optimal energy management.

Bosch Kiox 300

Information, without compromise. The Bosch Kiox 300 is the connected screen that strikes the right balance between readability, compactness and functionality. Mounted on the handlebars, it displays all the essential data of your ride on a clear and readable backlit screen - even in direct sunlight - without cluttering the cockpit. Connected to the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth, it provides access to software updates, personalization of riding modes and detailed monitoring of your performance. Easy to use, it is aimed at both urban cyclists and demanding hikers who want to keep an eye on their data without complicating their lives.
