Description
The Triobike Boxter CL is a front-box cargo bike designed for families and intensive daily use. Its front cargo box is moulded from a single piece of polyurethane, providing 280 litres of volume and a load capacity of 150 kg in the box, with a total system capacity of 250 kg (bike + rider + passengers + cargo). With optional 2- or 4-seat configurations, the Boxter CL can safely carry up to 4 children.
Power comes from the Bosch Cargo Line motor (Smart System), delivering 85 Nm of torque — a trusted benchmark in electric cargo cycling for its responsiveness under load. The Bosch PowerPack 545 Wh battery also powers the front and rear LED lights, which switch on automatically in low-light conditions. Ride data is displayed on the Bosch Kiox 300 screen.
The drivetrain pairs a Gates Carbon Drive belt — quiet and maintenance-free — with the Enviolo Extreme Heavy Duty continuously variable transmission (CVT). This setup allows gear changes while stationary or under load, which makes a real difference when loading up with children. The Tektro Auriga Twin+ HD-E745 4-piston hydraulic brakes include a parking lock mechanism that holds the bike in place without holding the handlebars.
The 7005 aluminium frame incorporates Triobike's proprietary anti-tip system: the front wheels angle slightly outward while the frame leans inward through corners, improving stability when carrying a full load. Schwalbe Pick-Up puncture-resistant tyres and an Abus 5755L frame lock (sharing the same key as the battery) round out a bike built for uncompromising everyday use.
Bosch PowerPack 545 Wh
Practicality above all. The Bosch PowerPack 545 Wh is the benchmark external battery for cyclists who prioritize ease of use. Mounted directly on the frame tube, it can be removed in one move for charging at home or in the office — without having to move the bike.
With 545 Wh of capacity, it largely covers everyday needs and medium-distance outings. Positioned near the bike's center of gravity, it guarantees natural and balanced driving behavior, without weighing down the steering or unbalancing the mount. Fully compatible with the Bosch Smart System, it benefits from all the intelligence of the Bosch ecosystem for optimal energy management.
Bosch Kiox 300
Information, without compromise. The Bosch Kiox 300 is the connected screen that strikes the right balance between readability, compactness and functionality. Mounted on the handlebars, it displays all the essential data of your ride on a clear and readable backlit screen - even in direct sunlight - without cluttering the cockpit.
Connected to the eBike Flow app via Bluetooth, it provides access to software updates, personalization of riding modes and detailed monitoring of your performance. Easy to use, it is aimed at both urban cyclists and demanding hikers who want to keep an eye on their data without complicating their lives.
Courroie avec Enviolo
Thanks to the belt, no more transmission maintenance! The derailleur is replaced by a gear system integrated into the rear hub, which allows you to change gears without pedaling!
