The renting contract runs over 24, 36 or 48 months depending on your choice. Our insurance partner Atradius checks that everything is in order on the financial side, then your file is approved and you're set. Quick (24–48 h) and confidential process.

Can I cancel before the end of the contract?

Yes, you can cancel the contract before its term, against a break fee to compensate for the bike's loss of value. Contact us to calculate your situation together.

Can I take my bike outside Belgium?

Yes, no problem. The included omnium insurance covers your bike anywhere in the world. Only the roadside assistance is limited to Belgium and 30 km beyond its borders.

Which bikes are available for renting?

Our full new-bike catalogue: Cube, Giant, Moustache, Riese & Müller, Merida. You pick the bike and equipment that suit you.

What's the difference with leasing?

Leasing goes through your company (fringe benefit, mobility budget, cafeteria plan). Renting is signed in your own name, without your employer's involvement, and is open to anyone: employees, self-employed, retirees, students.

Can I fund my renting with the mobility budget?

Yes. If your employer offers a mobility budget, you can use it to fund all or part of your renting. We'll guide you through the process.

Description

The Tern Quick Haul P5i is a compact electric longtail cargo bike built to replace the car for everyday errands and family transport. Its patented 6061-AL aluminium frame is EFBE Tri-Test certified for a total system weight of 150 kg — rider plus cargo or passengers combined. The integrated Atlas Q rack with UpperDeck system takes up to 50 kg: child seats, large bags, or a big load of shopping.

The Bosch Performance Line motor (65 Nm, 300% assist) makes pulling a loaded bike up a hill much easier. The Bosch Intuvia display gives you four assistance levels and a walk-assist mode that comes in handy when manoeuvring a fully loaded bike on foot. The Bosch PowerPack 500 Wh battery delivers a range of 62 to 124 km depending on terrain and assist level chosen.

Shifting is handled by a Shimano Nexus Inter-5E 5-speed internal hub with a twist shifter — no exposed derailleur, minimal maintenance. Clarks hydraulic brakes with a 180 mm front disc provide braking power that scales with the load you're carrying. The Speedlifter stem lets you fold the handlebar flat for a smaller footprint, and the bike can be stored upright to save space in hallways or garages.

Available in Satin Black & Light Grey, one size fits riders from 160 to 195 cm. A practical cargo solution for families and urban riders alike.

Accessible par excellence. The Bosch PowerPack 500 Wh is the external battery that has convinced thousands of cyclists — reliable, well-sized and easy to use on a daily basis. With 500 Wh of capacity, it ensures comfortable autonomy for urban journeys and local walks, without frills or additional costs. Mounted on the frame tube and removable in a single movement, it is perfectly suited to cyclists who recharge their battery separately — at the office, at home or on the go. Its compact format and low weight preserve the agility of the bike while remaining close to the center of gravity for natural and balanced driving behavior.
