Description
The Cube Aerium C:68X SLT Aero is a competition-grade triathlon and time trial bike engineered for athletes who race at the sharp end. The C:68X® monocoque carbon frame, built using Advanced Twin Mold technology with nano particle-infused resin, delivers an aggressive aerodynamic profile without sacrificing the stiffness that turns leg power into forward speed.
Shifting duties are handled by a full Sram Red AXS™ 12-speed wireless groupset in a 1×12 configuration, paired with an XG-1290 10-33T cassette for a wide gear range suited to varied triathlon courses. The Sram Red eTap Blips mounted on the aero extensions let you shift without lifting your hands from the bars — a real advantage when every second counts. The drivetrain also features a Ceramicspeed Wax Coated chain to minimize friction losses.
The wheel package is built around aerodynamic efficiency: the Newmen Streem TT.80 front wheel uses 15 carbon spokes to cut through the air, while the VONOA carbon disc rear wheel eliminates aerodynamic drag at the back. Both wheels are Tubeless Ready and fitted with Schwalbe Pro One Aero 700×28C tyres, which combine low rolling resistance with reliable grip. An integrated Sram Red E1 Powermeter Spider with a 50T aero chainring lets you pace your effort with precision.
The Cube Aerium C:68X® cockpit system with Profile ASC Pro extensions keeps you locked in a low, efficient position for the long haul, while the Selle Italia Watt SF Magnesium saddle provides comfort in the tri position. Available in sizes XS through L, the Aerium C:68X SLT Aero is the weapon of choice for serious triathletes and time triallists who demand the best from their equipment.
