The Giant Defy Advanced 1 is an endurance road bike designed to keep you comfortable and in control over long distances. The Advanced-grade Composite carbon frame, built using Modified Monocoque Construction, balances stiffness where you need power transfer and compliance where you need comfort. The D-Fuse composite seatpost plays a key role here, flexing slightly to smooth out road buzz on extended rides.
Shifting is handled by the fully electronic Shimano 105 Di2 groupset — a 2x12-speed system that delivers crisp, repeatable gear changes with a simple button press. The 11-36 cassette gives you a wide range to tackle climbs without grinding, while the hydraulic brakes with Shimano SM-RT64 160 mm rotors provide consistent, progressive stopping power regardless of conditions.
The Giant Gavia Fondo 0 tyres in 700x32c come tubeless-ready: run them at lower pressure for better grip and comfort, and add sealant to take care of most small punctures automatically. The carbon fork with 12x100 mm thru-axle adds steering precision. The frame clears tyres up to 40 mm, giving you room to fit wider rubber if your riding style calls for it.
Available in Cyber Lime in sizes S through XL, the Defy Advanced 1 is a thoughtfully spec'd endurance road bike that holds its own from long sportives to daily training rides.

The RFR Torque Wrench 2–15 Nm is a precision tool built for bicycle maintenance. Applying the correct torque to every bolt protects components — especially carbon frames, alloy bars and stems — from damage caused by over-tightening, while still ensuring nothing works loose on the road.
The click mechanism does the work for you: once the preset torque value is reached, the wrench produces a clear click and disengages. There is no dial to watch and no need to estimate — the signal is immediate and unmistakable. The 2 to 15 Nm range covers the vast majority of fasteners found on road, gravel and mountain bikes.
The 7-piece set includes the wrench and six HEX bits (3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 mm) plus a Torx T25 bit, giving you everything needed for stems, seatposts, brakes, derailleurs and chainrings. Built from steel and plastic in a clean black finish, the set has been tested and approved by the independent Testo institute.

The Look Keo 2 Max Carbon are clipless road pedals that combine a lightweight carbon body with a generously sized contact platform. The pair weighs 312 g including cleats and hardware — a direct result of the carbon construction, which keeps things light without compromising durability.
The stainless steel platform measures 500 mm² across a 60 mm width. In practical terms, a wider platform distributes pressure more evenly under the ball of your foot, which becomes especially noticeable on longer rides or higher-intensity efforts. The stack height of 17.3 mm (pedal plus cleat) keeps your foot close to the axle for a natural pedalling position.
The single-sided engagement means the cleat clips in from one side only — standard for road cycling and straightforward once you've practised a few times. The included KEO Grip cleats offer 4.5° of angular float, allowing a small amount of heel movement that helps reduce knee strain. Cleats with 0° (fixed) or 9° (wider float) are sold separately if you have specific requirements. Retention tension is adjustable between 8 and 12, so you can set the release resistance to suit your preference. The Chromoly+ steel axle provides long-term durability.
Made in France, the Keo 2 Max Carbon suits a wide range of road cyclists — from those logging regular weekend kilometres to riders competing at club or amateur level.
