Giant Trance X Advanced 2

The Giant Trance X Advanced 2 is a full-suspension trail and all-mountain hardchaser built around a fully Advanced-Grade Composite carbon frame — both the front triangle and the rear stays are carbon. The Maestro rear suspension delivers 140mm of travel, paired with a Fox 36 Float Rhythm fork at 150mm up front. The Fox Float Performance 185/52.5 rear shock is custom-tuned by Giant to match the frame's specific kinematics.

Geometry flexibility sets this bike apart. The Maestro 3 flip chip lets you change the head tube angle (64.4° to 65.1° on a size M), bottom bracket drop and seat tube angle in a matter of minutes. The flip chip headset adds a separate 10mm reach adjustment — short, neutral or long — without touching the stem, so you can fine-tune your fit on the trail.

The Giant TRX WheelSystem carbon hookless wheels (30mm inner width) are wrapped in a Maxxis Minion DHF 29×2.5 WT front and Maxxis Dissector 29×2.4 WT rear, both in 3C MaxxTerra EXO Tubeless Ready. Shifting is handled by a Shimano SLX M7100 12-speed groupset (10-51t cassette), while stopping power comes from Shimano Deore BR-M6120 four-piston hydraulic brakes with 203mm front and 180mm rear rotors. The Giant Contact Switch AT dropper post comes with travel sized to each frame — from 110-140mm on a S to 170-200mm on an L/XL.

Available in S, M, L and XL, the Trance X Advanced 2 supports a mixed-wheel setup (29" front / 27.5" rear) via the rear flip chip. An integrated storage compartment in the down tube and a second space under the top tube mean you can carry the essentials without strapping anything to your frame.
