Description

The Merida REACTO TEAM Generation V is a full-aero carbon road bike built for racing and structured training. The CF5 IV carbon frameset weighs approximately 950 g (size M) and features fully internal cable routing, a 142x12 mm thru-axle, and a flat-mount rear brake with a Disc Cooler — CNC-machined aluminium fins that help dissipate heat after repeated hard braking on descents. The Reacto CF5 IV Disc full-carbon fork accepts tyres up to 700x32C.

The drivetrain is Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 R9200, 12-speed throughout: electronic derailleurs, hydraulic disc brake levers with integrated shifters, and an 11-30T cassette. The Dura-Ace FC-R9200 crankset (52/36T, 170 mm) includes a factory-fitted dual-sided power meter, measuring output from each leg independently — useful for identifying imbalances and tracking training load without buying a separate device.

The Vision Metron 5D Aero integrated cockpit (carbon handlebar and stem as one unit) minimises frontal area and keeps all cables routed inside. Vision Metron RS 60 carbon-spoke wheels are designed to balance aerodynamic efficiency with stiffness. Continental Grand Prix 5000S TR 700x28C tubeless-ready tyres come fitted as standard, offering a practical mix of rolling resistance, puncture protection and ride comfort.
