Tern Quick Haul P9

The Tern Quick Haul P9 is a compact longtail electric cargo bike that punches well above its size. Tern's patented 6061-AL aluminium frame has passed the EFBE Tri-Test for a combined system weight of 150 kg, so whether you're carrying children, shopping or tools, the structure is built to handle it day in, day out.

The Bosch Performance Line motor provides 65 Nm of torque and up to 300 % pedal support — in plain terms, climbing a slope with extra weight feels much easier. The Bosch Intuvia display lets you switch between 4 assistance levels and activates a walk-assist mode when you need to push. The Bosch PowerPack 400 Wh battery delivers a range of 53 to 105 km depending on use.

A Shimano Altus 9-speed drivetrain with an 11-34T cassette gives you the gear range to handle urban gradients with a full load. Clarks Clout hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm front and 160 mm rear rotors provide reliable, progressive stopping power — exactly what you want when the bike is loaded. Schwalbe Big Apple 55-406 tyres add a cushioning effect on rough city streets.

The Atlas Q rear rack takes up to 50 kg and the UpperDeck system can accommodate children or bulky cargo. The bike parks vertically against a wall, which makes a real difference in a narrow hallway or small flat. Available in Brown Grey & Winter Moss, the Quick Haul P9 fits riders between 160 and 195 cm in a single frame size.
